Magnesium can be absorbed through the skin, making it a convenient and effective way to increase magnesium levels in the body.
- Ritual: Use 5 sprays focusing on any sore areas. Air dry and rinse any salt residue if desired.
- Spray on the bottom of your feet every day, 20 min before bedtime, to get the most effective absorption and boost your mineral levels. Pair with our Magnesium Cream or Magnesium Foot Spa for an extra relaxing experience.
Tingling is normal, especially if new to magnesium oil, and often lessens with regular use.
- Tips for best results: Apply to less sensitive areas like calves, thighs, and belly. Avoid freshly shaved legs for 12 hours and sensitive spots like elbow creases and behind knees.
- For maximum absorption, wait 30 minutes before bathing or showering.
Always do a patch test before use - avoid sensitive areas, avoid spraying in or near eyes, and do not apply on irritated or broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.

This is a great product. Even my husband had used it on sore, tired muscles!
