Shipping policy

Domestic shipping policy

• All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days, after payment is received. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
• If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping note: Due to its handmade nature and natural ingredients used, our products can melt in very hot temperatures. During hot weather, please watch your tracking information and try to get your shipment from your mailbox or porch as soon as possible.

Gifts: We strongly encourage you to leave a special instruction note in your cart, providing us with your full name and a note for the recipient, so we can write that on the back of the gift tag. *If no note is received, we assume you want your gift to be shipped anonymously. *A word of caution, anonymous gifts may potentially be returned by the recipient if they are unaware of whom sent the gift.

Shipping rates and delivery

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Clean Inside & Out Handmade Soaps LLC ships within the U.S.
• We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Taxes

• Clean Inside & Out Handmade Soaps LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. (i.e. taxes)

Damages

• Clean Inside & Out Handmade Soaps LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
