Magnesium is essential for over 300 biochemical reactions in our bodies. Magnesium deficiency can cause migraines, sleepless nights, fatigue, leg cramps, and muscle soreness.
Magnesium can be absorbed through the skin, making it a convenient and effective way to increase magnesium levels in the body.
- Ritual: Apply a TSP sized portion every evening 20 minutes before bed, simply rub it on the bottoms of your feet and into your calves. (Recommend to where socks)
- For muscle cramps or pain, apply directly on problem area.
- For children 6 months and up, apply only to bottoms of feet.
(We recommend a pea size amount massaged gently onto each foot.) - For migraines, apply to the head and neck as the migraine is coming on.
(Do not apply cream on your eyelids and sensitive areas.) - For anxiety, apply to your heart-space as needed.
Pair with our Magnesium Foot Spa or Magnesium Oil Spray for an extra relaxing experience.
Always do a patch test before use - do not apply on irritated or broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
- Ingredients: Distilled Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Genuine Zechstein Magnesium Chloride (and trace minerals), Avocado Oil, Jojoba Oil, Olive Oil, Shea Butter, Rose Hip Seed Oil, BTMS 25 (derived from rapeseed & coconut oil), Optiphen Plus Natural Preservative.
- Size: Our Magnesium cream is handmade in small batches and varies slightly in size and weight. Approximately 3oz / 85g. Settling may occur during transit.

The Magnesium cream is the best! I use it everyday night before bed and sometimes during the day when needed.
Apply a small amount of this wonderful cream on the soles of your feet and up your calves and any leg cramps go away and you experience restful sleep. No harmful ingredients, just good for you stuff!
