It is NOT soap, but pH balanced shampoo bar therefore no acidic rinse or transition period is required as you would get with soap-based shampoo bars.
Directions how to use a 2 in 1 shampoo bar:
Step 1:
Wet your hair and the shampoo bar with warm water.
Step 2:
Rub the shampoo bar between your wet hands and lather up. Gently rub the bar directly onto your scalp and hair. You can try a circular motion, or run it along your hair in a combing or "painting" motion.
Step 3:
Massage the lather throughout your scalp and hair, just as you would with liquid shampoo, then rinse completely with warm clean water until there is no more foam. Repeat if necessary.
- INGREDIENTS & PROPERTIES
- Sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI Powder) & Cocamidropopyl Betaine are naturally derived mild surfactants responsible for gentle cleaning our scalp and hair from excess sebum and dirt. Both derived from coconut oil and palm oil-free.
- BTMS - 25 (Behentrimonium Methosulfate (and) Cetearyl Alcohol) is a conditioner agent. It has nothing to do with sulfates or alcohol! Derived from rapeseed and coconut oils.
- Cetyl alcohol - provides softening, hydrating properties and acts as a thickener, derived from coconut, palm, or vegetable oil. These oils typically come from coconut palm trees, corn plants, sugar beets, or soy plants.
- Jojoba Oil: is very similar to our scalp's sebum, it hydrates without clogging the pores.
- Panthenol (Provitamin B5) protects hair from styling and environmental damage by locking in moisture. It also adds volume and shine.
- French Pink Clay: Adds volume to the hair.
- Ylang Ylang Essential Oil: Hydrating.
- Rose Essential Oil: Sebum balancing.
- Sambucas nigra (Elderberry) Fruit Extract: Natural Preservative.
- Rose Powder: Rich in Vitamine A, B, C and E to help nourish, detoxify and rejuvenate your hair.
- Size: Our shampoo bar is handmade in small batches and may vary in color, each bar is unique and varies slightly in size and weight. Approx. 3 oz. Each bar may last 2 - 4 months worth of washing, depending on hair length, usage and storage.
- Care: Handmade shampoo bars will last longer if allowed to dry in between uses, we recommend using a well-drained soap dish or use a soap bag to hang it up in the shower to extend the life of your shampoo bar. (Don't leave them on a shower caddy if it's positioned close to the running water. Bottom of the shower isn't a good option either as there will be lots of humidity.) Store unopened shampoo bars in a cool dry place.
- Note: Our bars are not intended for children below the age of 3. If used for children, we advise not to rub the bar onto the child's scalp, but rather create lather (foam) in your hands and use it to wash hair and scalp.
- Shipping note: Our products can melt in very hot temperatures. During hot weather, please watch your tracking information and try to grab your shipment from your mailbox as soon as you can.

- When you have sensitive skin or allergies, do a skin patch test first for 24 hours, if irritation or redness develops, discontinue use immediately, just in case.

Won't use anything else♡
I so love this product! It lathers well, smells like an actual rose, and my hair is so clean. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because it needs a conditioner as well. I would 100% buy both! I have delicate thin hair bit a lot if it. My hair tends to be dry. Oily hair people may not need the conditioner as much as me:)
