To use, simply apply a dollop of the cream twice daily into specific areas such as the chest, neck, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs, as these regions tend to absorb the cream effectively. It is important to apply the cream to a single location during each application to optimize its benefits. Rotate applications to these areas every 2 days.

• Menstrual Support: Apply from Day 6 to Day 28 of your cycle, pausing during menstruation.

• Premenopausal women: Use from Day 7 to Day 28 of your cycle. If your cycle is irregular, you can start anytime and follow this pattern.

• Menopausal women: Apply daily for two months, then switch to a routine of three weeks on, one week off per month.

• Olive Oil - health fat content and anti - inflammatory properties. Can aid in the metabolism of estrogen.
• BTMS 25  (derived from rapeseed & coconut oil) - conditioner agent 
• Jojoba Oil - high in vitamin B complex, helps support hormone function.
• Avocado Oil - rich in vitamin A, C, D, E, K and B complex, minerals (Copper, Manganese, Iron). Has the ability to block estrogen absorption in the body and increase testosterone levels.
• Rose hip seed Oil - helps maintain normal hormone balance.
• Shea Butter - anti - inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
• Apricot  Oil - moisturizing, antibacterial, and oil-controlling properties. Contains essential fatty acids, omega 9, omega 6 and vitamin E.

• Size: Our Wild Yam cream is handmade in small batches and varies slightly in size and weight. Approximately 3oz / 85g. Settling may occur during transit.
• Store: at room temperature.
• Care: Always do a patch test before use - do not apply on irritated or broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs.
